Refund policy

We want you to love your fit! If something isn't quite right, here is how we handle returns:

1. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags must still be attached.

Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair.

Shoes: Must be returned in their original box (the box must be placed inside a shipping bag/box to prevent damage).


2. The Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Final Sale Items: All sale items, jewelry, and intimates (bodysuits/swimwear) are Final Sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email deluxebeautyforever@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will replace the item or issue a store credit immediately.
